Kandy Lake Walk
Description
Dominating the center of the city, right next to the Temple of the Tooth, is the picturesque Kandy Lake (Kiri Muhuda). It is a decorative artificial lake built in 1807 by Sri Wickrama Rajasinghe, the last ruler of the Kandyan kingdom.
